Why is it that when you and your friends go out to a restaurant the waiter or waitress automatically assumed that it is all on one ticket. Not only are you guys being held up for a few minutes while John, or Shiela has to split the ticket up but all this could have been avoided had they ASKED YOU HOW THE CHECKS SHOULD BE DISTRIBUTED!!!!!! Also, why is it that you damn near have to die of thirst before you get you second refill???? Seriously, if you can see more ice than beverage in my glass shouldn't that tell you that I will need a refill in the next minute or so. That pisses me off even more than the waitress/waiter who hovers around the table waiting to see if you will leave them a tip. What happened to the old school waiters who knew their roles and would wait until you actually exited the restaurant before they came to collect their tip???
Going out to eat is an adventure, rather than a nice time.
